Uv Digital Printing
When digital printing is done on glass, it is subjected to many chemical procedures, such as reducing the tension at the surface of the glass and transferring the UV dye to the glass. After these procedures, printing can be done with UV digital printing tool and the types of this printing are shown below.
After the reverse printing is done on the glass, a white coating is applied on it according to the person's wishes, and then the glass, which is coated with protective components, becomes scratch and abrasion resistant. It can be applied to all kinds of tempered/non-tempered glass and mirrors in any desired pattern.
Silk Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of giving patterns to glass. Its difference from normal paint is that it is not sprayed on the gun or paint line. First, the pattern is transferred to the silk mold, then it is printed on the glass on the silk printing line. There are minor differences such as thinning of the paint.
Different dyes and silks are selected according to the density of the pattern and color transitions. Different patterns are applied especially on kitchen countertops. Additionally, temperable paints can be used as needed, so that the paint penetrates the glass better and is more durable. The silk screen printing process, like the digital printing process, can be applied to all kinds of Tempered/Untempered glass and mirrors in any desired pattern.
